Kelly Humpherys is the owner and founder of Premier House Plans. He grew up in southern Utah and worked in the family business building a variety of homes and log cabins.

    Living in the Las Vegas area, for the past 20 years, has given Kelly broad experience in most all the areas of the construction industry. With the popularity of the energy efficient I.C.F. (Insulated Concrete Form) homes, he has become a specialist in their designs.

    From his youth designing and building things has always captured his interest and imagination. Besides experience in the construction industry he has learned a great deal about designing homes.  He loves designing homes since founding Premier House Plans in 1999 and says “Designing is by far the best part of the entire construction business.”

    He has been self employed since 1992 and has enjoyed much success.

    Kelly conceived Premier House Plans upon the basis that there has always been the obvious need for a quality design and proper planning before building a home.
