Proprietary Design Prices

• $1.55 per square foot living area 0-3000 s.f.
• $2.10 per square foot living area 3001 s.f. to 4500 s.f. (Includes Engineering)
• $2.45 per square foot living area over 4500 s.f. (Includes Engineering)

These plans will be proprietary designs to the client.  You will receive two sets of original plans along with a CD of all the files in PDF and DWG files for your use.

    The initial consultation to determine what style or design you are looking for will be at no charge to you.  If you are not sure of a home design you may want to visit the Links Page.  There you will find a link and further information regarding a free easy-to-use, easy-to-learn computer program that can help you communicate your ideas to us, or you can bring in your drawings and idea's and we will help turn them into reality.

    Prior to starting the actual design process, we ask for a 50% retainer fee.  We also have an hourly rate for smaller projects such as remodels and additions.

    Our design process is simple.  After the initial consultation we get to work on the home design. Reviews of the design may be necessary and any changes will be made at that time if necessary.  Once the design is final and your plans are completed, the balance will be due prior to releasing the plans.
