Stock Plans can be modified to suit your needs. For example: Roof design can be changed (i.e., from a hip to a gable or vise/versa), siding can be changed, ceiling heights, the plans can be modified to or from the I.C.F. Exterior walls vs 2x stud framing, rooms may be modified too. If you want changes please contact us for a proposal on the changes you would like.
